The story
Real estate has been in his blood from day one.
Erik grew up in a real-estate family, and his education started young — flipping his first homes alongside his father as a teenager. That hands-on apprenticeship gave him a builder's eye for value and a deep respect for what a home means to the people who live in it.
He launched his professional career selling new homes for an 80-unit development in Sacramento. More than 20 years later, that same drive has made him one of the most-referred Realtors in Ventura County — a reputation earned one satisfied client at a time, with the majority of his business coming from past clients and the people they send his way.
Though based in Ventura County, Erik is licensed throughout California and has helped clients as far north as Sacramento and as far south as San Diego. Today he specializes in residential, luxury, and coastal homes, as well as probate and trust sales — guiding families through sensitive transitions with care and discretion. His concierge listing service handles the heavy lifting for sellers: professional marketing, coordinated repairs, and full property clear-outs, so your home shows its absolute best with as little stress as possible.
When he's not helping clients, Erik is at home with his wife Erika and their three children — Rayo, Goldie, and Capri — putting down the same local roots he helps his clients find every day.
